If the plane wasn't invented yet and the Wright Brothers started today, they would need millions upon millions of dollars in red tape paperwork, permits, lab test proof, safety gear, approved land space, approved air space, a manufacturing permit, all sorts of licenses.....

Then the Wright Brothers would have then had to deal with an army of psychopaths calling in fake reports to every regulator and bullshit lawsuits with no merit.

Yeah they would have needed a full blown company financed just like JBII first.
