Impressive company, may take some time to become profitable. I like these companies that have significant upside potential.

My background is in chemical engineering (BS) and MBA (finance).

I also own jgpk (http://seekingalpha.com/article/2102743-jagged-peak-a-potentially-undervalued-play-on-ecommerce-growth), it's consistent growing at ~30% per year with p/e ~16. Huge upside potential.
