As a shell, it looks attractive since it has a low SS. As a grey sheet though, I'm not sure it'd do any good.

What KMAG needs is something like gfm.h, a fully reporting company, that although not exactly a shell, it's assets are unproductive, and it's basically debt free with a fairly low float.
