They haven't used any bond money yet. They are paying Manu with stock for monies he paid for the project. The 40 mil from Prime Focus is the value that Medient put on a Prime Focus arrangement
that is yet to be finalized. However I believe it will come soon. The financing will come from other arrangements that have been made or is being made to finance the construction of the first phase of the project along with the Prime Focus deal. That is why I would like to know how they are going to use the bonds. Will they be used as a "Take out" of the construction loans or what? These bonds are merely "Authorized". They have not been issued yet. The bonds represent a long term financing for the project(20 year bonds)
