My reasoning: (and ive been wrong before - see post where i thought sinopec would be approved this week, haha) Dakouru, now more than ever, needs credibility. Nigeria has always had that bad stigma to it. now throw in all these terrorist attacks in the delta etc, plus throw in high oil prices and you have a whole lot of pressure as the head of OPEC, WHO HAPPENS TO BE FROM NIGERIA. articles have been stating that among other things, he is heavily promoting investment in nigeria. so another setback in this process only adds to the risk of investment and makes nigeria look worse. I HOPE IM RIGHT - as i said, block four alone makes a nice little O&G player
