How is that explanation logical? Seems like all are just way to eager to believe any positive spin that can possibly be thrown out there..the only reason companies file form 15 is to HIDE the TRUTH.....anyone who has ever written any book on stock trading has expressed in HUGE LETTERS warning sign NO 1 against investing in ANY COMPANY that files FORM 15....

Companies exist in the OTC for one reason.....to sell shares....how is there any VERIFIABLE PROOF of any income whatsoever? What did they do to claim all that REVENUE? Was it selling FLIP FLOPS and coffee mugs?

All OTC stocks is one big game.....would be very wise to understand the rules to this game....and this current game is almost played out..
