I think that they were advised to Authorize a substantial number of shares in case they needed them in the future for acquisitions, reverse split listing on OTCQX (Hopefully the PPS will be satisfactory for listing without a reverse split)and other possible situations that may arise. It will save them time and money in the long run. I think that The Medient Management sees a huge International Company sprouting from the seed which is being planted in Effingham County!
My Hat is off to them for what they have started there.
