KGET...has TRADEMARKED its' own BioFuel Pellet.. IT's called HEMP-PEL.

Are you sure they have 'trademarked' it? It takes years to get an approved trademark. I think they just stuck their toe into the Hemp-Pellet market a couple of weeks ago.
