Yup that's absolutely right.. You don't have to hold your PVEC shares to qualify, but you do have wait till Sept to cash out the gift certs once they are distributed. I agree with you that it seems almost too good to be true, but I have a tremendous confidence in the team at PVEI now, and I believe that as a result of heavy criticism of past PRs, they are holding things very close to the vest, and when they do PR again, it will be huge.

For me, I wouldn't sell a single share of PVEC, but you are correct that you can absolutely do that and it won't affect the certs.
