One thing about stocks is that some news provoke an instant reaction from investors, while other news provoke a delayed reaction. Instant reactions are usually seen by a brisk/sharp increase or decline in PPS whereas delayed reactions occur when investors/traders digest the PR and a steady increase in PPS ensues. We are witnessing a delayed reaction with $LATF
