Wonder why the old CFO left oh right he didn't want to go to jail for this scam



On February 14, 2014, Alan Bailey resigned from his position as chief financial officer of the registrant and as a director of the registrant. He will continue to work for the company as a consultant and will be running ESMG Film and TV, a motion picture and television production and distribution division of the registrant.
