New leadership may be the best thing for this company.

Whereas it is conceivable and possible that Maza is assembling good things for the shareholders, there is a definite arrogance in the way shareholders are treated by the management.

Somethings may fall under the need-to-know mantra, but really, does absolutely everything have to be treated like it's a secret.

I hope your friends do as you say they will and, if not, I hope they rattle Maza's cage to the point where we all feel that the shareholders have value here.
