Your investment would still be worth the same amount.

Say you have 100 shares worth $1 each.

Reverse split of 1 for 10 would now give you 10 shares worth $10 each.

In both cases your position is worth $100.

Without a reverse split there is no way SGLB would qualify for the minimum PPS of $4 in order to uplist. At least not in the near term. That would be a huge market cap forth is stage of the company.

I would welcome a reverse split with open arms in order to uplist the ticker and leave the volatility of the OTC behind. More eyes and funds would also be aware of SGLB if uplisted.
