A very interesting article below for all subpennystock investors. Hopefully TEVE never get's there, but means in order to be liquid, they won't do a massive split to get back into the pennies, but very well may issue new shares. But then again, TELVUE has no plans on becoming liquid, all profit not being put to use, is going to preferred shareholder to get some of his money back. This may be a good company, but not a good company for investors. Good Luck.
