yes correct no market movers to even quote a bid or ask,and there is many other reasons as to why,which seems we will still not be able to identify,specifecily after the 9th,why didnt they just cut off the ones they did serve that didnt respond!!this is suppose to be for the public interest right!!caveat emptor
