I would think the float is around 240 million now.

The latest annual report reflects a float of 154 million and an o/s of 852 million as of November 30, 2013.

Otcmarkets.com reflects an o/s of 930 million as of March 19th of this year. I would suggest the roughly 80 million o/s increase would be added to the float. Increasing the float to roughly 240 million. Which by the way could have been the capital to pay the upfront fee to MYEC... We will have to wait for the next filing to confirm.
