Jimbo, question for you.

Wont the preferred be under a different symbol say PAIMP or something like that?

Wont we in reality be dealing with two related different stocks?

PAIM with an OS of 30 billion or so and
PAIMP (or a similar symbol) with an OS of 30 TRILLION

Hence the dilution to PAIM (vs PAIMP) will not really be affected by the issuance of the preferred shares?

PAIMP may never reach .0001 (please lets hope it does!)

but PAIM might run into the .000d or even maybe .00d range
