If you go to www.elayawayinc.com even the SEC filings under the Investor Relations link have expired and are gone. BIG RED FLAG

Former CEO (Pinon) and former CFO (Harmon) are crooks with a trail of victims miles long.

I got burned $5K but was fortunate enough to get most of it back after they did a massive R/S and took it from .02 to .0002 in a few weeks. bought some .0002's and .0003's and dumped for a 4 bagger.
