Looks like Goodspeed prevailed on commissioner leita sorry ass. I bet he is really tired of him now. I hope Goodspeed sues the f**k out of all the commissioners, councilmen and board members. I bet the insurance company does not pay the claim.

Treble damages are triple damages so if the damages are 5,000,000 it is 15,000,000 for the punitive nature. The lender sued for 4.300.000 and is seeking treble damages as well.

The city and county have not grasped that the damages are not just for the 4 years shut down but the income lost from the terminate 47 years remaining on the lease.....just one building works out to 890,000.....poor little limp d***s!
