So, they have already directed Kallo to focus upon a roll out plan--as I see it.
So, the hold up is there; I don't know why, unless Kallo needs to focus on #1 contract first--Guinea--and then accept another contract.
My SENSE is that the Republic of Guinea moved first with a higher bid, so Ghana will have to wait. My hunch is that--right now--Kallo is dependent on Dell to perform the factory roll out of all the patented equipment. That takes time (and money), which is why we are in a holding pattern.
But, once factory moulds and all that technical headache-producing technical engineering is out of the way, production costs will begin to decrease. Simple Econ 101.
Regardless, setting up offices in 5 countries is pretty telling to me.
