Apparently someone named Andre Peschong bashed the stock to get it lower so Vitalmex could get a better deal and it ended there. I believe he had financial interest in Vitalmex as well. I remember reading that somewhere regarding a lawsuit where Bioheart sued some folks over at Bridgewater capital including Andre Peschong. They lost the case due to the fact that online postings didn't have jurisdiction in Florida or something like that.
They are doing trials in Mexico separate from Vitalmex as far as I know.
