I think WNTR is one of those that you just buy and you cant go wrong as a Long. Impossible for most of us to just not watch the daily fluctuations and flip some as we think possible. What we need to nail down is how many shares are left to be converted to cash cuz thats what been holding us down strait up. The fins tell how many were dolled out, guessing how many have hit the market is the big question. I know since I been here early december the float has gone up 100 milly. Hip says its been going on since Aug ? Who knows but its gotta be close unless more common shares are handed out.....
