No response from ELAY because there is no company, no office, no management just a share selling SCAM.

Harmon resigned a year ago and Pinon pops in every month or so to sell shares for "services rendered". This of course is a scam because the business doesn't exist.

Cut your losses and try to recoup when ELAY reverse splits and crashes to .0001-.0002 again. If it doesn't get halted first.
