I agree. Unfortunately if the policy limit is low (which it probably is in comparison to what damaged that was caused) the decision being made by management will be criticized either way. IMO the credibility issue needs to be reinstated. If CSM would return all monies paid to them and full extent of the policy and to clearly pay for the current trials regardless of who is performing them would be somewhat acceptable because I don't see any other option.
