RXDX Short at $8.21 target is $7.21

Nearly all shares of this company have been restricted since reverse merger and subsequent private placements. On March 27th 10M of 13.5M O/S have been registered with intent to sell. Private placement was done at $6. This thing is going to sell off like crazy.
