Man they want their NOL's $179 million otherwise about $39 million net loss for 2013!


PEIX would be worth then at least $750million - $1 billion

So about 22 million fully diluted shares would make them at least $30-45.00 a share in a buyout!!

And likely more since they will now also have Cali starting up!!

200 million gals production per year!
