i left my last voicemail for the TA yesterday morning. i have called numerous times since the end of novemebr ONLY to get an answering machine. you and RU have been the only two to "report" contact with them.
sandy absolutely refuses to answer my questions on dilution, he chooses to indirectly answer them by saying, "the company is not selling shares". i respond and ask him if restricted shares have become free trading recently and he fails to respond. i ask three times about added restricted shares, he dodges the question twice and finally says, "yes, restricted shares have been issued". which we knew.
i have said this time and time again on this board only to get no response. i am concerned, some of you should be as well. seeing the trading activity here in the past two days is very upsetting to me.
what happened to, "news will come in january that will take the market by suprise"??? its march now boys. are we any closer to a us carrier deal??? the boys at oem say, "sooner rather then later". i have been hearing that since november only to loose 1/2 my value of BKMP since january. that equates to 50,000+ dollars. one of the last prs makes reference to a US deal sometime in 2006????
have i made a mistake investing here? when i see my portfolio value i say absolutely, when sandy dodges my questions on dilution, i say absolutley, when the TA refuses to answer the phone or call me back, i say absolutely. when i see billion dollar trading days and we dont move....i say, we have a problem.
the ONLY reason i put $$$ into this is on the assumption that it will eventually run. so long as the OS is not over the 8 billion mark, i am semi OK with where we stand. only based on qbid big run. but i am concerned that because we only own 20% of TFN most investors are not confident in the long purchase of BKMP. perhaps if sandy was to issue up to date financials things would change. perhaps if TWN got launched, we would be in better shape. perhaps BKMP needs more funding to get TWN off the ground? where is the funding coming from? perhaps if sandy put some effort into getting this thing off the pink shits we would be more respected? i asked sandy twice if there was any thoughts to moving to a more respected exchange...he never responds.
i sincerly hope sandy has not been pulling my leg with what he has stated(through documented emails).
as most of you know, i am not a basher, but a concerned investor with a substantial holding here.
this is just a glimps of my concerns here. i have witheld from posting these thoughts in fear of damaging the stock further. at this point i dont think my comments can pull this down any further then it is.
