My own DD yesterday. Well yesterday was kind of slow so I decided to make a few phone calls to see what I could find out about our product. First I called Quip Labs and what I didn't realize is that they work with companies and since I was an individual I just told them thanks for their time and I moved on without bothering them. Next I called Alpha Tech, the guy I talked to was super informative and above all honest. He told me he just started selling Ygiene and that he didn't know as much as he wanted but so far everything he has researched points to a great product. There is more to the story that I will be able to tell at a later date. I then called Bio-Tech medical and the lady I talked to could not quit talking about how impressed they have been with ygiene. She said they have been selling to agencies that go in after a flood to clean up as well as contractors who have to go in and remove large amounts of mold and they are getting great feedback from those using the product. I didn't get a chance to call prosell but I just got done watching their video on their website about a moldy deck that they treated and then power washed. So to make a long story even longer if anyone has any doubts to the reality of this product or its effectiveness if they do a little research they will find out that we definitely have something with great potential. Of course any honest DD needs to disclose the negatives and Bonu sure has them also. Take the time to read their filings and you will see a company that has poured money to the tune of millions of dollars to develop this product which has made them have to get in bed with some toxic financiers which is never good but it does allow the company to push on. Why did I invest in this company at this time? If you look at the companies business model you will see in December of 2013 they took a very aggressive approach to sales as all their PR's from that point have been sales related and most importantly the PPS leveled out from its massive downtrend and reversed at this time also and has slowly and gradually headed up. Well that's what I have come up with over the last couple of days, definite risk investing here, but knowing that we have a real and effective product and seeing the direction of the company since their shift to sales has led me to believe they have a chance of being very successful if and that is the real catalyst here if sales continue to increase and grow this year.
