Q4/10K will IMHO be released @ 11:59 Pacific Time 3/31/2014....

Not only do I believe as you and several others, the sell off will be catastrophic and excedingly "DELIBERATE".....

With the lack of any proof positive news out of the PHOT camp, (With the exception of the VAPE deal which we will not for sure until 4/20/2014 and the LEAFAspen GIFT which we will never know the details because they say no 8K will be released because it is not required...

PHOT PPS has went from a HIGH of $0.78 close on 3/17/2014 to a disappointing close of $0.56 on 3/28/2014...(I know I will get bashed for saying the word disappointing).....

The ONLY thing I see that MIGHT lessen the blow, is some catastrophic positive news from Sterling and the boys...BUT with PHOT's track record of the releasing of PR's I think this wish may be a pipe dream...No pun intended....

Again, JMHO PPS may drop another 40% as it did after the release of Q3!!!

BUT look at the bright side...This may be another time to pick up some pretty cheap shares....
