IMO, it's not the shorting or the dilution that's keeping the PPS low. It's the lack of assurance by the Company that real progress is being made. Investors, like me, are not simply going to take Kim's words as a guarantee for their decision, they'll take facts. Facts are official financial reports (that show good ratios, reasonable cash in hands, assets, reasonable debt, a good equity...), sales (with information on what is being sold, for what margin of profit, to whom...), production (with information on what is being produced, at what cost, how much is produced, who is the production for...), reaserch and develoment with product that will make it to the market based on previous product making to the market.

IMO, we simply don't have these adsurances yet...
