I would exercise the warrants say 1 million so $7 million but sell 500,000 shares at say $14.00 and pay no taxes because no capital gains!! Till I sold the other half in one year!! or split them up another 250,000 shares later this year and pay 30% and another 250,000 next year and pay 15%!!
