The reason I focus on Bluegrass Natural Remedies is because of PMRS/Alternatural product descriptions closely matches the PR for PMRS released on 3/24/14 and how they already have product for launch.

Considering PMRS and Bluegrass Natural both are involved with natural alternatives and both are located in Grand Rapids, MI it is IMO that Bluegrass Natural is a strong candidate for one of the companies that Alternaturals (PMRS) is going public with their products. MJNA provides the MJ, Bluegrass makes the products and sells their product lineup through Alternaturals.

PMRS could form a limited liability company with Bluegrass Natural which is exactly what MJNA did when they acquired Dixie Elixirs in 2012 through a newly formed holding company called Red Dice Holdings.

I do believe even if Bluegrass Naturals is correct that it is only one of multiple acquisitions and/or partnerships that Alternaturals will have in the coming days/weeks/months.

Everything is speculative until we see a PR but I found this interesting and thought I would share.
