I don't think its a typical P&D ... yet. Yes, the news has been coming in fast and furious, but it's not speculative news, it's backed up by pictures and facts.*

The only thing out there that's bothering me right now is that claims of buyback are a hallmark of a P&D. Unless the buyback starts soon, which is to say, on a specific date that the company adheres to, my level of skepticism is going to start to rise substantially.

However, that could be offset by some revenue starting to come in from the trees.

So, those two things are what I need to see: revenue, and commitment to the buyback.

I think that goes for everyone.
