That's what we call either accumulation or the company releasing new shares. Let's hope it's just accumulation. If the company releases a good plan to enter the MJ market and the float is still as low as reported in November this could hit .05 easily if it gets noticed. IMO it's on the radar already. It's all dependent on the news now.
