Actually Bull, I think there's a better way.

If enough board members would Google "Penny Stock Advisers" and pick a couple to contact with a simple request/suggestion that they take a look at the current 10-k for CAPC it would probably be far more effective than depending on KEI.

And yes, I have done this since the 10-k was published and intend to do more.
