Now, I'm trying to think of a way to play this IF this committee does recommend terminating FnF (forget the legality of it for the moment).

1. Sell everything the day before the announcement (just in case?) assuming the stock will tank.
2. If the committee does NOT recommend terminating FnF (unlikely), then try to buy back everything you sold the day before. I doubt it would spike up very much if don't recommend termination.

Am I delusional?
