SUUUUPER 8-k Pierce is a pretty K/A feller, his linked in profile is a string of new connections in the industry peppered with really very motivational quips regarding integrity and ambition.

My impression is that he is in truth a VERY principled man.

Im curious to know what the status is with the Distinguido label. It's of course baked into Emperial Americas, which doesnt seem to have any momentum or goings on what-so-ever. The OTC Profile doesnt mention Pierce, however the website for EA still lists Pierce and Contreras as the principles with no mention of Klein, et al.

Any thoughts on this? SCM? DC?, NABBB?
