Bio, just to play devil's advocate...that's 2.3 million that some PPHM grant writer missed out on for some reason when the entire emphasis of our platform is the center of their thesis supporting the grant of $2.3 million. So, they better announce some kind of collaboration soon or, to me, it looks as though PPHM technical writers missed another opportunity to expand the platform and will ultimately cost us further dilution. Sigh.

For such an obvious and widely recognized phonomenon as ps-flipping, we sure do make monetizing it a long, painful journey.
