Rhodeyum, on level 2 you can see both the bid side and ask side of a stock. It shows the amount of shares MM's have to trade, right now there is 84 million lined up on bid at .0008 and just under 4 million on the ask at .0009 but this constantly changes with MM's adding and taking away as investors change their positions. MM's throw up fake walls and other tactics so you have to be careful trying to trade using the level 2 as it can be manipulated
