They were a Encounter Technologies Inc control group... imo

Carrie formed a new Control with her shares under Encounter Development Technologies Inc...

There was a mention of transfer of control with Thomas but the 2.4 shares Tony had has never been Identified here by the TA or OTC...


Did that Control go to Blue Bull B. V. (PTEL) meaning the 2.4 Billion...
