It means we will have full audited information on MYEC very soon. Small chance he will get an extension and we may have to wait until the end of next week, but most likely today - monday.

This means we will know the companies involved, rev, prof, debt, etc. In addition, this should help MYEC remove the internal chills brokers have placed on it and prepare it for future uplisting (DTC, SEC, etc.)

Financials will get MYEC back on track.
