Everyone is screaming "who is selling"...my answer is that more often than not BUYS bought on the bid are recorded as sells. PRPM is in the process of a buyback and can (and will) buy back on the bid as much as possible. Notice when those massive "sells" were recorded, right after smaller sell, which brought the market price down to 0009. That being the price of the last transaction allows PRPM to buy back on the bid...just my 2 cents..
