Look up Mike Shea's background and you'll see why. He has also been working on an MJ subsidiary for quite some time. He may have received some licensure and has a head start. Great opportunity for company's that are looking to get into MJ. Just my opinion. Good luck to all, I'm in heavy on GDSM and will be in here as well.
