It wouldn't be hard to substantiate it if the company took the time and effor to provide an accurate list. The burden is on the company to prove where it IS sold. The list of stores where it IS carried is orders of magnitude smaller than the list of stores that don't carry it. If the company wants people to buy their products then you would think it would be worth their time to produce a useful list don't you?

They have a list out of the stores that carry it. To me the ones claiming that it isn't sold there and are trying to convince otherwise hods the burden of proof. How would they prove it? With pictures that will be called fake? with videos that will be called edited? Anything they do to prove it will be costly for one and then called out as a hoax so why waste time?
