Who exactly has profited from VELA formerly CHTL? Certainly NOT the shareholders but the George Alvarez Family and Friends Benevolent Association - aka VELA - certianly has. Do some real DD on this POS. It's all in SEC Filings.

And - btw - business failure after failure after failure.
