It is fine with me if the TV Deal and cologne take 1-2 months more to finalize.

But, after 3 months and going into 4, if nothing happens, when Mr. Newton said and PRd that things will be happening "soon",if these fall through,
then his credibility will be shot. It will be finished with me, I know that.

Hopefully he has learned that when he says "soon", the darn deal better happen.

I notice that some companies do not even PR a possible deal until they get a letter of intent. Newton PRd the TV deal before a letter of intent. He has done this over and over again in the past only to see the deals fall completely through.

I think he has learned the hard way, and I am quite sure the TV deal is being finalized and that we will see a PR announcing a letter of intent in the near future.
