You threw in and now you don't like the odds. Deal with it.

I've got a couple hundred posts you can sift through if you're so inclined so as to disperse your false premise. I've never blamed anyone for becoming involved in this mistake. And, with all due respect, that seems a lot more honest that speculating that different geologists would have materially different opinions on a property that hasn't even been drilled to any ascertainable standard.
