This is basically how they will do it until the machine is ready to go. They use hydraulic chainsaws. To lift trees to the surface, they first tie barrels to it that are filled with water. The diver uses a compressor to fill each barrel with air. When the cut is complete the buoyancy of the barrels lifts the tree. Simple, effective, low tech, and companies have been doing it down there for nearly ten years. To say this is scam is utterly ridiculous.
