The real estate suite is in 102, not 101.
For all we know he probably owns the building or got a good deal on the space.

An office space doesnt need to be large if you have a warehouse for your product. Just because there office is there doesnt limit them to all business there.

If you don't feel comfortable with the purchase, then don't buy. News will come when news is ready, many of these same questions you have asked have been answered many times over.
