Thank you for bringing this up. I am a newbie but I am long on PHOT and while I briefly got caught up in the lawsuit I tried to switch gears and ask this board if PHOT had any deals in place with companies that are coming online in Washington. I'm not sure that post was even read with all the hysteria. If people are truly long and in it for years then one day should not make a difference. I may trade other stocks but this one I am invested in and therefore do not check the ticker every day. I love this stock and can't wait to see where it is in five years or more. That being said, I come here to see what other shareholders (especially those at the meeting) have to share and it seems like it can be tough at times to get those opinions.
